Last night went go karting with a bunch of folk from the place that I work at. It was mostly fun until the second session when I got t-boned on a high speed corner.
My kart got life's up in to the air and then back down again and I nearly got thrown out of the cart!
To say that it hurt would be an understatement and I retired from the race, in fact it hurt that much that I walked off the race track, I thought at first I had broken some ribs.
My back then started to hurt, the lower back and pelvis area.
So I thought that this is going to be with me for a while.
Well that's not what happened....
I drove home and when I got out of my car I felt a slight crunching and heard a click, you what?
Yep my back does not hurt!
I don't know what happens I am just glad that it did and that I don't have any back pain.
