L and now

So L has met her ex from over twenty years ago both her and P are no longer the people they were.

L has had 3 children who are in their early twenties and has been married some 12 years

P has never married or had children

So how much do they have in common?

Is the common ground they share their lives before they went their separate ways?

I don't know the answer to this question it's one that I would like to put to L and P if I ever meet him to ask, as I suspect that the answer from L and P will not be the same answer.
